Modern French tasting-menu restaurant in Chinatown: surprise five-, seven- or signature-course menus that change monthly, with French wine pairings.
Three friends, one shared house, and a name that means sharing
Chef Yuri Szarzewski, pastry chef Vincent Pellerin and manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian had spent about ten years in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris, Les Baux-de-Provence and Courchevel when they moved to Las Vegas in December 2015. They split a house, opened the westside bistro EATT first, and in 2018 opened Partage, French for sharing, in the former Chada Street space on Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown.
How dinner works
Everything runs on tasting menus now. You pick five courses, seven, or the longer signature menu, and each course arrives as a surprise. The menu turns over every month around what is in season, with optional add-ons such as seared foie gras and, when available, caviar or truffle. French wine pairings match the length of the meal, poured from a list Kalpokdjian chooses himself, and the bar mixes cocktails built with the chef. Szarzewski, who trained in Paris kitchens including Le Bristol and the George V, still leads the kitchen, and Ludovic Chazeaud has made the desserts since 2018.
Check before you book if you have dietary limits. The restaurant says it cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, celiac, or onion- and garlic-free diets.
