NOVUS Architecture + Interiors

Before founding NOVUS Architecture + Interiors, Dwayne Eshenbaugh served at Nellis Air Force Base, worked in construction supervision and studied architecture at UNLV. Those stages of his career connect the Las Vegas practice to both the design and the building side of a project.

Eshenbaugh remains the firm's founder and principal. A March 2026 Nevada Business profile describes a Las Vegas team of approximately twelve people. UNLV has also recognized his work and the firm's connection to graduates of its architecture program.

Places to live, work and gather

NOVUS's portfolio spans residential, commercial, hospitality, educational and community projects. Examples shown on its current website include Spritz Restaurant & Bar at the Venetian, the CORE Community Resource Center and a private Las Vegas residence known as P2.

The firm also presents development concepts and projects in progress, clearly distinguished from completed work. These include a downtown mixed-use proposal combining apartments and retail, an auto-condominium development, and a flex-industrial campus with separate tenant units and mezzanine office areas.

Those projects illustrate different scales of practice. Restaurant interiors require attention to the experience within an existing hospitality setting, while a mixed-use or industrial development brings building layout and the relationship between several uses into the design process.

Rooted in the local profession

Eshenbaugh's background includes work with Lucchesi, Galati Architects and leadership within Nevada's architecture community. His own account credits family and professional mentors with helping shape his direction.

NOVUS currently lists its office on South Las Vegas Boulevard, with a direct business email, local phone number and online inquiry form. Its portfolio gives clients specific examples of the building types and interior environments the team works on.
