LGA Architecture is a Las Vegas architecture firm designing libraries, community centers, schools, clinics and offices.
LGA Architecture designs libraries, recreation centers, schools, clinics and offices from its studio at 1226 South Third Street in Las Vegas. Jason Jorjorian signed the firm’s paperwork as president in April 2025, when the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s board packet recommended hiring LGA for the West Charleston Library refresh.
The library job
That packet, dated April 10, 2025, calls LGA “a full-service architectural firm” and says the Board had selected it as architect of record for the West Charleston Library through the District’s master plan process. The recommended contract was $55,755 for design, construction documents, bidding and project administration. The refresh adds new carpet, a computer lab, a Creations Lab, seating and staff offices.
Who owns it
LGA’s website lists Jorjorian, Lance Kirk and Alexia Chen as principals. An October 13, 2025 announcement from the firm says Chen and Brittany Bleak, its director of marketing and finance, joined the ownership group. Chen first came to the firm in 2011 as a UNLV student and was hired full-time in November 2013. Bleak started in May 2013 as administrative manager. Craig Galati, who the firm says served as a principal for nearly four decades, retired in April 2026.
Projects
The firm’s website features these projects:
- Echo Trail Community Center
- Baker Park and Pool reconstruction
- Adventure centers in Boulder City and Carson City
- The Desert Living Center and Gardens at Springs Preserve in Las Vegas
- The Pinto Campus coroner’s facility and parking garage
It also mentions Discovery Children’s Museum, Cristo Rey St. Viator College Preparatory Academy and a Valley of Fire visitor center. The Springs Preserve credit comes from LGA’s own website, which captions the building as designed by LGA.
The office number is 702-263-7111. The firm says its team includes licensed architects, interior designers, construction managers and facilitators, and its tagline is “Where Architecture Builds Connection.”
