Home Watcher LV: home-watch visits and reports for absent Las Vegas homeowners.
Jeremy and Kelly Palmer first knew Home Watcher LV as customers. After buying a Las Vegas vacation home in 2014, they used the service themselves. They moved to the valley full time in 2020, Jeremy joined the business in 2021, and the couple took ownership in February 2024.
The company began with founder JP Lalonde in 2012. The National Home Watch Association's account of the ownership transition confirms the Palmers' connection to the existing business. Jeremy brought a background in regional landscaping management, while Kelly's experience included data processing.
Looking in while the owner is away
Home Watcher LV provides weekly or biweekly property visits built around a visual checklist of more than sixty points. The work looks for observable issues involving plumbing, water heaters, air conditioning, irrigation, doors, windows and signs of pests. Digital reports give an absent homeowner a record of what was found during the visit.
The service description also includes checking for water leaks, reviewing drains and filters, collecting mail and removing flyers. Those small exterior and interior details are part of a recurring visit rather than a one-time arrival inspection. Keyholding and concierge assistance are available alongside the scheduled checks.
From clients to owners
The Palmers' own experience of maintaining a second home supplies the clearest explanation for their connection to this work. They had already relied on the company before taking it over, and Jeremy worked within it before the purchase.
The business publishes a direct local phone number and email for discussing visit frequency and property needs. Its role is home watching through scheduled observations and reporting; owners can work with the Palmers to define which checks and additional services belong in their arrangement.
