Alyssa Charboneau’s 2,000-square-foot natural-light photo studio on South Las Vegas Boulevard, booked by the hour with furniture and backdrops included.
A rental studio built around daylight
The White Space is a natural-light photography studio of about 2,000 square feet in Suite 230 of The Office, a building at 730 South Las Vegas Boulevard in downtown Las Vegas. Big windows line its south- and west-facing walls. Everything in the room comes with a booking:
- Chairs, desks and other furniture and props
- Paper backdrops and backdrop stands
- Curtains for privacy
- Restrooms down the hall, and a private lot entered from Las Vegas Boulevard
The photographer behind it
Owner Alyssa Charboneau is a lifestyle photographer who works mostly with families and newborns under her own name. Her family moved to Las Vegas in 2021, and she wanted in on the downtown Arts District right away; the studio grew out of that. She runs it by herself and still photographs some of her own sessions there. Before photography she taught elementary school for nearly ten years, and before that she anchored morning news.
How booking works
Visits are by reservation only. Choose a length and a time on the website’s scheduling page, and entry directions arrive by email two days before. The room is for shoots, not parties, so events are not booked. Pets are allowed case by case if you email first, and boudoir sessions are welcome, though nude photography and video are not.
Memberships for regulars
People who shoot often can join. The Standard membership, $169 a month on a 12-month term, gives small business owners and bloggers two weekday studio hours a month for content. The Premier membership, $279 a month on a six-month term, is built for photographers: four hours a month, a place on the studio’s preferred-photographer list, and monthly shootouts and workshops. At a shootout, the models and styling are provided and you just bring a camera.
