Sean Design: residential interior design from Sean Afriat’s Las Vegas studio.
Sean Afriat began in photography before turning his attention to the spaces he once photographed. He now leads Sean Design, a boutique interior design studio based in Las Vegas and established in 2017.
His published biography describes architectural-design study and earlier work as a practical engineer and interior designer in the Bahamas, Dubai and Los Angeles. That background informs a portfolio centered on modern and contemporary interiors, with a pronounced interest in darker palettes and detailed finishes.
The Nevada practice
Sean Design's website describes a broad international range of projects, but it makes a specific local distinction: exterior and commercial services are not offered in Las Vegas or elsewhere in Nevada. The local offering is residential interior design.
Within that scope, the studio discusses kitchen and bathroom design, spatial planning, material selections and final installations. Advanced three-dimensional visualization helps clients review a proposed space before construction begins. The stated process involves direct collaboration with Afriat around the homeowner's preferences and the intended use of the rooms.
The studio publishes work and design information for Summerlin neighborhoods, including The Ridges. Those pages emphasize finishes, furnishings and the relationship between a home's interior and its setting in the Mojave landscape.
Planning a conversation
Prospective clients can contact the studio by phone or email to describe their residential project. Its website provides both a general business address and a direct founder contact.
The business is independently listed by BBB as Studio Sean Design in Las Vegas. For a local owner reviewing its portfolio, the relevant starting point is the residential interior service and the studio's explicit Nevada scope, rather than every project category shown across its broader website.
