Aesthetik Design

Victoria Tik personally designs and oversees the projects at Aesthetik Design, the Las Vegas interior-design firm she founded in 2015. The practice deliberately accepts a limited number of projects each year, keeping its principal involved from the early decisions through the work that follows.

The firm's portfolio includes projects at the Waldorf Astoria, Veer Towers and ARIA, alongside residential work and Steve Aoki's Playhouse. Its Las Vegas headquarters is the base for a practice that also takes assignments elsewhere in the country. An independent Houzz listing corroborates the business and Tik's connection to it.

Several sizes of project

Aesthetik's service description spans new builds, substantial renovations and smaller consulting engagements. It also lists property flips, rental refreshes and landscape-related work. That range makes the initial conversation important: a complete construction project and a consultation about an existing room involve different scopes.

Tik's published approach includes selecting and coordinating with tradespeople, discussing purchasing and keeping clients informed about receipts and costs. The firm emphasizes direct principal oversight rather than handing a project to an unnamed outside design team. Its website presents completed work as examples of how that approach appears in different settings.

The practice offers both in-person and virtual consultations. A prospective client can bring a property, a stage of construction or a specific design problem to that first meeting. The firm then discusses the scale of the engagement rather than requiring every customer to begin with the same package.

Aesthetik publishes a business email for inquiries and identifies Las Vegas as its headquarters. Its distinguishing structure is a relatively selective project load with Tik personally involved, combined with a service range that reaches from a room refresh to a ground-up build.
