Kyle and Jamie Dolder’s local brewery pairs its own beers with a full kitchen on Tenaya Way and an Arts District taproom.
Las Vegas names and memories turn up in the beer at Las Vegas Brewing Company. Co-owner Jamie Dolder is a fourth-generation Las Vegan, and she and her husband Kyle established the brewery on North Tenaya Way in 2022. Murals by local artist Pretty Done bring city imagery into the entrance.

The Tenaya location uses a ten-barrel brewing system in a building previously occupied by other local brewing operations. The Dolders added fermenters and a bottling line. Current reporting identifies Becca Halpin as director of brewing operations and Jeff Tewes as head brewer.
The lineup includes Chantilly Vanilla Cream Ale, Penny O’Reilly’s Irish Ale, Electric Blonde Ale and West Coast Junkie IPA. Kyle Dolder and director of operations Sonny Ahuja work on the food menu. Smashburgers are a major part of it, with versions such as Truffle Cheese, Steakhouse and Ghost Pepper. Other offerings include chicken wings, flatbreads and beer-battered cheese curds.
The kitchen also lists vegetarian choices, including a house-made vegan burger, a vegetable flatbread and battered cauliflower. Weekend breakfast adds another service to the Tenaya restaurant. The dining room and patio accommodate families, and the food menu includes children’s choices.
The company also operates an Arts District taproom at Third Street and Colorado, serving its beer and a similar food menu. Its current website provides ordering, reservations, catering and private-party inquiries.
