Hot Mess Cleanup & Junk Removal

Hot Mess Cleanup & Junk Removal is a junk removal and cleanout company in Las Vegas. Its website describes it as based in the heart of Las Vegas and locally owned and operated, with a crew that does the lifting, hauling and disposal so the customer does not have to. The site does not name an owner or give a founding year, so we do not either.

What they take away

The residential list on the site runs from single-item pickups and curbside junk to garage, attic, basement, estate, hoarder, foreclosure and eviction cleanouts, plus mattresses, appliances, hot tubs, sheds and pianos. For businesses it lists office and cubicle removal, storage units, warehouses, restaurants, retail space and construction debris. It also does light demolition such as decks, fences, flooring and drywall, and says it aims to donate or recycle what it can, including e-waste and scrap metal.

How a job works

You book by phone or through the online Book Now tool, and the site says same-day and next-day appointments are offered. A team member looks at the job in person and gives a free, no-obligation quote, then loads and hauls with your consent. Its FAQ says arrival comes in a two-hour window with a courtesy call about 30 minutes ahead, and that payment by cash, card or check is due when the work is done.

Pricing

Pricing is by the space your items take in the truck: a quarter load is 3.75 cubic yards and a full load is 15. The company says the price includes labor and disposal with no hidden fees, and that phone estimates are rough until someone sees the pile. Its pricing page lists extra charges of $50 for a television or monitor under 200 pounds, $10 per tire and $20 per gallon of paint.

Where they work

The service area page covers the Las Vegas Valley, naming Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Enterprise, Spring Valley, the Strip and Downtown, and says it will go anywhere in or near Clark County. Reviews on the site are all five stars and mention punctual crews, clean storage units and easy communication with Jay.
