DM Global Consulting: international market-entry consulting from a Las Vegas base.
Dijana Mitrovic built DM Global Consulting around a problem she knows personally: connecting people and businesses across national borders. The Las Vegas founder moved to the United States from Europe in 2018. In a 2024 CanvasRebel interview, she described wanting to help foreign and American businesses work together across the Atlantic and beyond.
Her company is a women-owned consulting business based in Las Vegas. The firm's website identifies Mitrovic as president and CEO and describes work with government agencies, international organizations, business associations, universities and companies. The Vegas Chamber independently lists the local business.
From an unfamiliar market to a working plan
DM Global's published services cover strategic planning for market entry and expansion, immersion programs for foreign startups and introductions to economic-development organizations and trade associations. The firm also describes helping clients identify customers, partners and collaborators and navigate public and private funding opportunities.
Those assignments connect to the company's broader focus on reviewing operations and aligning decisions with a client's business strategy. Ongoing advisory and management support are part of its stated offering, alongside individual market-development projects.
The founder's background
Mitrovic's professional experience spans public and private institutions in Europe, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Her published background includes work on tax policy, public-sector leadership and international economic-development programs. Before the interview, she had also directed Nevada's State Trade Expansion Program.
DM Global therefore brings an international trade perspective to the local business community. Its audience includes companies and business organizations considering a new geographic market, rather than only startups seeking general advice about opening a Las Vegas storefront.
