At Wild Rind Cheese + Provisions, the cheese comes first. Jessica and Chris, the husband-and-wife team behind the Las Vegas business, are both trained cheesemongers. They established Wild Rind in 2019, building a catering and event operation around their shared interest in cheese.

The selection draws on domestic and imported cheeses with small-batch accompaniments. That starting point carries through several serving formats, from a platter for a picnic to a grazing table arranged for a larger gathering. Meet Patsy

Wild Rind’s vintage trailer, Patsy, brings the business to pop-ups, catered events and brand activations. The company offers the trailer for photo opportunities as well as food and bar service. A separate build-your-own cart can be adapted to cheese and charcuterie or other event offerings, including popcorn and hot cocoa.

Cheese education also reaches beyond private orders: Jessica has appeared in local pairing events at Crush Pad Wine Bar. Event dates and offerings change, so the business’s ordering and contact pages are the place to discuss a guest count, serving format and available date.
