Utopia Pinball Lounge is a mid-century-styled pinball lounge at 555 California Avenue in Boulder City, Nevada, owned by sisters Bari Jo Berman and Hava Brown.
Bari Jo Berman and her sister Hava Brown opened Utopia Pinball Lounge in Boulder City at 555 California Avenue, with a grand opening on January 30, 2026. Bari Jo is a retired Disney Imagineer, Boulder City’s news site reported before the opening, and Hava goes by the “Fun Faerie” at events.
The sisters
Utopia’s About page lists Berman as “Dream Alchemist.” She designs games and has decades of visual-effects work behind her, with past clients and employers that include Digital Domain, Sassoon Film Design, Walt Disney Imagineering and Blizzard Entertainment. Brown’s side is the welcome: the page says she has a long history in public-facing roles and managing teams, with clients such as the Sin City Horror Festival, the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum and the Dam Short Film Festival.
Boulder City’s news site said the room doubles as Bari Jo’s office during the week, so the lounge keeps weekend hours.
Playing
Utopia Pinball Lounge sells time, not tokens. The website lists 45 minutes for $15 and two hours for $25, which includes one Adi Luna token, and 20 percent off for veterans and first responders. It lists hours of Friday 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday 1 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.
The site also lists closures: September 1 to 6, October 9 to 22 and November 7. Check the calendar before a special trip.
At the opening, Amusements & Attractions counted nine tables, including Metallica Remastered, Pulp Fiction, The Wizard of Oz and Twilight Zone, each with a camera above it that shows the player’s game on screens around the room for spectators. Boulder City’s news site said the sisters planned to rotate several machines a month and to link scores through the International Flipper Pinball Association, with leagues and eventually tournaments.
