Sean and Lisa Blanchard's Arts District boutique on Commerce Street, open since 2019: men's and women's clothing, Southwest vintage, home goods and gifts.
The name comes from an old parable. A grandfather tells his grandson that two wolves live inside every person, one kind and one cruel, and the one that wins is the one you feed. Lisa Blanchard suggested it when she and her husband Sean were naming their shop, and the store still runs on the idea of feeding the good.
From chain retail to Commerce Street
Both owners spent years working for the clothing chain Buckle in Las Vegas before deciding to bet on themselves. They opened The Good Wolf Lifestyle Co. in the Arts District in October 2019 and have described it as the first boutique in the 18b district. A few months later came 2020, and the shop had to learn to pivot like everyone else. Seven years in, Sean told KTNV in September 2026 that he backs the push for an Arts District business improvement district, so neighbors can lean on each other to draw foot traffic while keeping the area's character.
