custom outdoor furniture manufactured in Las Vegas
Outdoor seating can be made for a particular patio, pool area or hospitality project at Somers Furniture. The Las Vegas company designs and manufactures custom furniture locally, combining residential work with commercial projects and furniture rentals for events.
Maria A. Contreras leads the business as president. The company’s history records that founder Debbi Somers passed the business to Contreras in 2021. The Better Business Bureau independently identifies Contreras as president and Victor Herrera as vice president, matching the current leadership rather than older references to the founder.
From rental beginnings to custom production
Somers established the original convention-furniture rental company in 1989 after working in the furniture-rental industry. Rental service remains part of the business, alongside the custom outdoor pieces now featured throughout its catalog and project galleries.
The company maintains a Las Vegas showroom, warehouse and manufacturing facility. Its published collections include custom retail furniture and semi-custom patio sets, giving clients options between selecting a collection and discussing a more individually specified piece.
Projects for homes and businesses
The inquiry process distinguishes several types of work: furniture for a home, furniture for a business, outdoor cushions, cleaning and sanitizing outdoor furniture, and design assistance. Trade programs are available for professionals who recommend, resell or rent furniture as part of their own work.
Those services reflect the company’s mix of customers. A homeowner can discuss a patio project, while a commercial client can address furnishings for an event or hospitality setting with the same local team.
Showroom visits are by appointment at 3955 West Sunset Road. The company’s contact page lists Suite 101 and asks customers to call before visiting. Its galleries separate residential, commercial and rental examples, providing a useful starting point for describing the kind of project a customer has in mind.
