Family-operated Reno pizzeria led by Andrew Silvaroli, serving New York and Sicilian styles.
Andrew Silvaroli brings a Western New York family background to Smiling with Hope Pizza. A Reno resident since 1997 and a U.S. Army veteran, he describes owning the pizzeria as a family project, with relatives helping in the shop and a strong attachment to the pizza and cannoli they knew back east.
Choose the crust, then build the pie
The current menu offers New York thin-crust pizza, square Sicilian pizza, a cauliflower-crust option and a large party-sheet pizza. Knots and cannoli
Garlic knots are served with marinara, while hot knots come with hot sauce and a choice of blue cheese or ranch dipping sauce. Silvaroli's own introduction connects the business to his family's Buffalo roots and his continuing community service through the Nevada Army National Guard.
