Ray Auto Services: European and domestic vehicle repair on Arville Street.
Ray Malchev's work with cars began before his Las Vegas repair business. His account of that path starts with automotive work during high school in Europe and leads to Ray Auto Services, a family-operated shop on South Arville Street. The business identifies 2015 as its founding year; its independent BBB record also lists a December 2015 start and identifies Rayko Malchev as the managing member.
European vehicles, domestic vehicles, practical repairs
The shop works on cars, trucks and SUVs, with European makes including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen among its stated specialties. Domestic vehicles are also part of the workload. Its service menu runs from scheduled upkeep to diagnosing an electrical fault or repairing a system that has stopped working.
- Brake work, axles, belts and hoses.
- Battery and alternator service, electrical troubleshooting and circuit diagnosis.
- Tuneups, filter changes and transmission fluid service.
- Air-conditioning diagnosis and repair, including systems using R134a or R1234yf refrigerant.
Those services cover several distinct reasons to visit: routine maintenance, a drivability concern, an air conditioner that cannot keep up, or uncertainty about a repair recommendation. Ray Auto specifically offers second opinions, so a driver can bring an existing diagnosis into the discussion rather than starting with an unexplained repair bill.
Working with the owner
The business also advertises installation of customer-supplied parts and Sunday service, two details that distinguish its stated approach to scheduling and repair arrangements. Drivers should discuss the vehicle, parts and appointment requirements directly with the shop. Ray's own story and the published service list describe an owner-run repair business with both European-car experience and a broader neighborhood automotive role.
