M&I Watch, Clock & Jewelry is a family-owned watch and jewelry repair and sales shop on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas, in business since 1984.
M&I Watch, Clock & Jewelry has been on Spring Mountain Road since 1984. The Better Business Bureau gives the start date as October 15, 1984, and names Ira Rock as president. The shop’s own website calls it “family owned and operated since 1984.”
The repair bench
Most of what comes through the door is small and urgent. The website lists watch battery replacement, watch bands, crystals, ring resizing, jewelry repair and alterations, and maintenance for watches and jewelry. M&I says most repairs and alterations are done while you wait. It also claims the largest selection of watch batteries in Las Vegas and more than 100,000 crystals to fit any timepiece. Those are the shop’s numbers, not a count anyone else has made.
Custom work and appraisals
The shop does custom jewelry design and fabrication, sells diamond engagement rings and high-end timepieces, and takes appraisal and quote requests. The site says its work rests on 30 or more years of experience. Clocks are in the business name; the website’s service list centers on watches and jewelry, so ask by phone before bringing in a grandfather clock.
