A one-kilogram roaster in Scott and Darla Coleman’s kitchen was an early piece of Glory Cloud Coffee Roasters. The Sparks business now roasts on a San Franciscan machine manufactured nearby in Carson City, keeping a regional connection in the equipment as well as the storefront.
