Desert Greenscapes

Artificial turf, a paved gathering area and a water feature can be parts of the same yard project at Desert Greenscapes. Steve Hofsaess owns the Las Vegas landscaping business, which serves residential, commercial and homeowners-association properties around Southern Nevada.

The Southern Nevada Water Authority's landscaper directory independently lists the company and Hofsaess's business contact. The firm's website identifies Nevada contractor license 0085191 and describes a family-owned operation with separate experience in turf installation and water features.

More than a roll of turf

Desert Greenscapes offers artificial grass installation alongside pavers, complete landscape work and custom water features. Its service descriptions cover lawns, putting greens and outdoor areas that combine different surfaces. The company also presents waterfall work as a distinct part of its capabilities.

The published team includes Steve, Pedro and George, with responsibilities across turf, installation and water features. The company notes that Pedro and George speak Spanish, giving Spanish-speaking customers a direct route to discuss a project with the team.

Its coverage includes Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Green Valley, Spring Valley, Anthem and Boulder City. Customers outside the listed neighborhoods can call to confirm whether their property falls within the service area.

Planning around the actual property

The company's estimate process is the place to establish the scope: which surfaces are being replaced, where a paved area belongs and whether the plan includes a water feature. It advertises detailed estimates and project-specific discussions before work begins.

For projects connected to water-conservation programs, the business says it can assist with paperwork. Eligibility and current incentives should be checked for the particular property; no rebate amount is assumed here. Hofsaess's published business email and telephone provide direct contact with the local operation.
