On West Charleston Boulevard, Crowd Pleezers Barbershop brings several kinds of barbering into one neighborhood shop. Local owner Jamir Lee applied to join 702 Alliance with a straightforward goal: connect with other small businesses and find ways to support the community around the shop. He describes relationships that have lasted across generations, with former young customers returning with children of their own.

Choose the chair that fits

The shop's barber directory makes those individual strengths visible. Rick focuses on classic men's grooming, scissor cuts and traditional tapers. Mir offers precision fades and corrective barbering across hair textures. Major Fadez includes children's haircuts and family barbering, while Joshua Johnson lists waves, bald fades, lineups and beard work.

In his application, Jamir specifically mentioned schools and youth programs as places where he would like the business to contribute. Those are plans he hopes to develop through local connections, rather than partnerships the shop claims are already in place. His emphasis is on giving something back to the Las Vegas community that has supported the business.
