Cinnaholic Centennial Hills: The Sole Surviving Vegas Outpost
Cinnaholic is the vegan custom-cinnamon-roll concept Shannon and Florian Radke pitched on Shark Tank in 2014 (they declined the offer). The Centennial Hills location at 7920 West Tropical Parkway operates as a locally-owned franchise serving custom gourmet cinnamon rolls with thirty-plus topping and frosting combinations, plus vegan cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough. Two earlier Las Vegas Cinnaholic locations on Grand Canyon Drive and Blue Diamond Road have closed; the Centennial Hills shop is the surviving Vegas outpost.
The Cinnaholic menu structure is a build-your-own model — choose a roll, frosting, and toppings — that fills a gap in the Las Vegas Valley’s independent vegan-friendly bakery market. The Centennial Hills shop has accumulated more than 600 verified Yelp reviews since its 2018 opening.
Cinnaholic Centennial Hills in the Las Vegas Valley
Centennial Hills is one of the fastest-growing northwest Las Vegas residential submarkets, and Cinnaholic Centennial Hills sits in the West Tropical Parkway commercial corridor that anchors that growth. As the only operating Cinnaholic in Southern Nevada and one of the very few customizable vegan bakeries in the Las Vegas Valley, the shop fills a niche that no other valley bakery currently occupies at this scale.
