The owners
According to Edible, Doug Clark worked more than 30 years as a police officer in Grass Valley, retired in 2019 and moved to Reno in 2022. Erin Clark has lived in Reno since 2017 and has a background in property management, along with earlier jobs in a county court and several small businesses of her own. The couple married in December 2024. Edible says they kept most of the existing staff and did not plan major changes.
They hired executive chef Joshua Hawkins, previously a sous chef at Anthony’s Chophouse at the Nugget, the article says. Planned changes it listed were a drinks list with biodynamic and natural wines and craft cocktails, local artists’ work on the walls, and eventually live music. The magazine’s text calls the co-owner “Erin,” though one photo caption reads “Eric.”
