private Pilates and personal training in the Arts District
At 50 West Imperial Avenue, Alley Fitness brings Pilates apparatus and conventional strength equipment into the same Arts District studio. Its private training options let a client concentrate on Pilates, choose personal training, or combine the two within a mixed session.
Three approaches to a private workout
The Pilates session uses equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel. Owner and master trainer Alli Creagh draws on both classical and contemporary techniques, with the hour organized around the client’s goals and any concerns discussed in advance.
Personal training combines endurance and resistance exercises. The mixed private session brings that gym work together with Pilates, connecting apparatus-based movement with a more traditional workout. Alley also invites inquiries about duet sessions and private parties for friends.
The trainer behind Alley
Creagh brought her fitness practice from New York City to Las Vegas. Her training includes a 600-hour comprehensive Power Pilates program, NASM personal training, and additional work in cycling, kettlebells, barre and TRX. Her experience includes teaching athletes, performers and clients with a range of movement backgrounds.
The studio’s instructor page also introduces Chloe Kim, a comprehensively certified Balanced Body Pilates instructor, and personal trainer Taylor Wascovich. Their individual biographies let prospective clients learn about the people teaching before arranging a session.
Alley’s current homepage says small group classes are not being offered. It directs clients to call or use the booking schedule for private, duet or party sessions instead. That distinction matters when planning a visit: older class listings may still describe group barre or bootcamp workouts, while the studio’s own current notice emphasizes individually arranged training. The website includes a contact form for discussing availability.
