Vital Cleaning Service

Kerri Cashmore and Dani Beck started Vital Cleaning Service in 2021. Kerri runs it from Henderson, and Dani lives in the Aliante area of North Las Vegas, so the two of them can reach either side of the valley without a long drive. The company is woman-owned and calls itself small on purpose: they answer the phone themselves and build every quote by hand.

Read the checklist first

The thing Vital does that most cleaners don't is publish its checklists. The What's Included page lists, room by room, what a standard clean, a deep clean and a move-out clean cover, so you know the plan before anyone arrives. A standard clean has ceiling fans, blinds, beds, bathroom fixtures, kitchen counters, microwave and floors on it. A deep clean goes further.

• Standard or recurring cleaning: weekly, every other week, monthly or once
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Post-construction and after-party cleanup
• Small offices, apartments and condos

Fine print

The site says Vital is licensed, bonded and insured, and lists a Nevada business license number. Their promise is that if something was missed, you tell them within 24 hours and they come back to fix it. Mention any pets when you ask for a quote; the site says the team is pet-friendly. It lists Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Boulder City, Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Aliante, Centennial Hills and Lake Las Vegas as places they clean. Call (702) 401-8099 for a free quote.

As of this fall, the site advertises 10% off a first cleaning and $20 off for a friend you refer, through December 31, 2026.
