heated and unheated yoga classes in Henderson
Temperature is one of the choices students can make at Vibe Yoga. The Henderson studio’s schedule ranges from infrared-heated flow classes to unheated gentle sessions, with descriptions that explain the pace and format before someone reserves a spot.
A practice to match the day
Vibe Vinyasa uses music and three flow sequences in a room heated to about ninety-five degrees. Gentle Vibe takes an unheated approach. A Healthy Back and Hips class runs at a lower temperature without infrared heat, while yin options include both heated and unheated formats.
Ashtanga, handstand practice and sessions incorporating singing bowls add further choices. These offerings have different structures, so the class descriptions are useful for selecting a first visit rather than assuming every class is the same kind of workout.
The people and the place
The studio’s current teacher roster identifies Elana Giordano and Heather Libonati as owners. Libonati also appears as a principal in the business’s independent company listing. Their Henderson location is at 1450 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, in Suite A503.
Vibe publishes instructor biographies alongside its classes, giving students a way to learn about teaching backgrounds and approaches. Its website also describes children’s yoga for ages seven through fourteen, extending the program beyond adult practice.
Before the first class
Visitors can compare class packages and unlimited membership options through the studio’s online booking system. Teacher training has its own information page for students interested in a more sustained course of study.
The business provides a direct phone number and email for questions about class selection, heat, experience level or booking. Checking the current calendar confirms the instructor and format for a particular session, including whether the room will be heated.
