VegasPet Animal Hospital: Dr. Nichole Wagner’s locally owned animal hospital on Rancho.
Las Vegas native Nichole Wagner is co-owner and medical director of VegasPet Animal Hospital. Her route into veterinary medicine took her to the University of Nevada, Reno for animal science and Colorado State University for her veterinary doctorate, followed by local practice beginning in 2006.
VegasPet explicitly identifies itself as an independent local business. Its published story describes creating a veterinary experience around both animals and the people caring for them, with particular attention to reducing stress during a visit.
Routine care and a sick-pet visit.
The hospital's services include wellness examinations, vaccinations, microchipping and nutritional consultations. Diagnostics, surgery and dentistry are also listed, alongside sick-pet and urgent-care appointments.
That range lets owners distinguish an ordinary preventive visit from a concern that needs more immediate assessment. The hospital directs clients to call or text its office to arrange an appointment, rather than using a general description of urgent care as a substitute for speaking with the team.
The practice presents itself as Fear Free certified. Wagner's individual low-stress handling certification and her role as an owner and veterinarian are independently listed in CattleDog Publishing's professional directory. Her biography also describes previous medical-director experience before VegasPet.
Visiting Rancho Drive
VegasPet is at 901 South Rancho Drive, Suite 16. The current contact page lists weekday hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday visits by appointment and Sunday closure. A business email is available in addition to the call-and-text number.
The hospital's service list, owner biography and independent professional record make its local identity clear. Wagner is both one of the people behind the business and the veterinarian directing its medical work, with preventive care and clinical services offered from the same Rancho Drive hospital.
