A London Fog is only one starting point at Too Soul Tea Co. The Midtown Reno café builds an extensive drinks menu around loose-leaf tea, including milk-based combinations with names such as Reno Fog, Pecan Pie and Roasted Marshmallow.
A family tea shop on Plumas Street
Too Soul Tea was conceived in 2011 and established in 2012, according to its own history. Owner Stacy Parker told KOLO that her children encouraged her to open the shop. The business remains described as family owned and operated, with its café at the half-numbered Plumas Street address.

French-pressed coffee and pastries from local bakeries give companions alternatives to tea. The business’s focus remains the leaf itself: selecting it, blending it and serving it in different forms, with a neighborhood café available for tasting before deciding what to bring home.
