Family-owned commercial cleaning company on McLeod Drive since 1994: janitorial, floor and carpet care, property management and construction cleanup.
Rose and Dan Lynch started Roses Professional Cleaning in 1994 with a few clients. Rose brought warmth and an eye for detail; Dan built the client relationships and grew the business without letting quality slip. Dan now leads the company as CEO and owner, and it is still family-owned and operated, working from an office on McLeod Drive. Its focus is commercial and janitorial cleaning.
Buildings they look after
The company names high-rise condominiums, office buildings, day-care facilities, health clubs, warehouses, and medical and dental offices among the places it cleans. Each account starts with a consultation, and the plan is built around how the building is actually used: its foot traffic, its hours and the areas people touch most. Work can happen overnight so an office is clean by morning, and 24-hour service is available.
Services
- Routine office and janitorial cleaning, including restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens and entrances
- Floor care for tile and specialty surfaces, including stripping and waxing
- Carpet deep cleaning, with eco-friendly products for set-in stains
- Property management cleaning: porter service, lobbies, fitness centers and pool areas
- Construction cleanup, from site debris to dusting and vacuuming, so a property is move-in ready
- Window cleaning and disinfecting
How the crews work
Employees wear uniforms, and staff are background checked and certified through the company's own training process. Roses is licensed, bonded and insured, backs its work with a satisfaction guarantee, and offers flexible schedules. Medical and dental offices get cleaning plans built around a practice's workflow and clinical standards, with extra attention to waiting rooms, treatment areas and high-touch surfaces. For fitness centers, crews time their visits around operating hours and focus on locker areas, restrooms and floors.
Getting started means filling out the quote form on the website or calling the office. The company also takes job applications online.
