Amy Ortiz's pinup and rockabilly boutique on South Third Street, sizes XS to 4XL for women and men, plus her own Boulevard Nights label.
On South Third Street near Colorado Avenue, just off the downtown Arts District, Rockin Bettie sells retro clothing for women and men. Amy Ortiz, who was born and raised in Las Vegas, opened it because she already dressed in vintage-inspired clothes and could not find anywhere in town that sold them. She first ran the business from inside the Arts District before moving the storefront to its current spot on Third.
Pinup and rockabilly, XS to 4XL
The boutique sells pinup, rockabilly and vintage styles made new, with what the shop calls a modern edge. Sizes run from XS to 4XL, for both women and men, and there is a plus-size section. A Golden Gate Hotel guide to vintage shopping noted that Ortiz picks each item herself.

- Love Your Curves capris and shorts, trousers, rompers, skirts and cardigans
- Menswear, shoes and Tiki tropical prints
- Pinup elastic belts, chiffon hair and neck scarves, and jewelry
- T-shirts, gifts and housewares, with some pieces for kids
Boulevard Nights
Ortiz also designs her own label, Boulevard Nights, in Las Vegas. It comes out in seasonal collections, most recently Spring 2026 and Fall/Winter 2025, and stores elsewhere can apply to carry it wholesale.
Shopping online and picking up
The full catalog is on the website. Online orders can be set for local pickup at the boutique, but wait for the email saying the order is ready, since items are pulled from a separate warehouse and usually take three to five days.
The shop ties into the city's rockabilly scene too: in April 2023 it hosted a daytime pre-party at the store ahead of the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend.
