One therapist, one patient and a private room: that is the appointment structure Pillar Kinetic describes for its northwest Las Vegas clinic. Co-owners Joseph White and Erica Wong opened the business in August 2019 under the name White Wong PT before adopting its current name.

Both earned physical-therapy doctorates at Brenau University, but their earlier experience differs. White worked as an EMT in Atlanta and helped run a garage gym. Wong studied exercise biology at UC Davis and has a background in rehabilitation and sports performance, with further training in running analysis and return-to-sport work.

The clinic's services combine exercise, hands-on treatment and education. Pelvic-health care is provided by Minija Edgar, whose biography lists board certification in pelvic and women's health physical therapy.
