Nearby Pool Service: owner-operated weekly pool care and green-pool cleanup. Led by Justin M. Neumann.
Pool care with the owners in the field
Nearby Pool Service is a Las Vegas company where the owners also service the pools. Co-owner Justin M. Neumann is identified by the Better Business Bureau, which records the business's start in December 2016 and its alternate name, Legends Pool Service LLC. The current company website describes a small local operation rather than a franchise or a large route business.
Justin handles equipment diagnostics and repair work. The firm's team page also introduces Derek as a co-owner and lead field technician responsible for weekly service, testing and balancing. Their roles put routine water care and equipment troubleshooting within the same business.
Two different starting points
For a pool already in regular use, Nearby offers recurring residential maintenance. Its published program includes water testing, sanitizer and alkalinity management, brushing, skimming and debris removal. Customers receive service records after visits, giving them a way to follow what was done.
A neglected or algae-filled pool starts with a different process. Nearby's green-pool cleanup description includes identifying the algae, assessing water chemistry and chlorine demand, checking circulation and filtration, cleaning the filter and rebalancing the water. The company documents the pool before and after the cleanup rather than treating every recovery as the same job.
The broader service menu includes saltwater pools, rental properties, new-pool startup, pump repairs and variable-speed pumps. Its online material also addresses the local conditions that affect maintenance, including heat, evaporation, wind-blown debris and hard water.
Customers can call or text the business's local number, request a quote online or send a photograph for an initial discussion. Nearby serves Las Vegas neighborhoods including Summerlin, Desert Shores, Centennial Hills, Spring Valley and Enterprise, as well as North Las Vegas.
