Life Goals Therapy

Life Goals Therapy brings pediatric occupational therapy into children's homes in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. Founder Luzviminda “Lucy” Grossi built the mobile practice around helping children participate in the routines and activities already present in their daily lives.

Grossi first studied biological sciences at the University of Calgary. She later trained as an occupational therapy assistant and spent nearly a decade working in a school district before completing an occupational therapy doctorate at Baylor University.

The practice works on everyday skills, including:

• Fine-motor and visual-motor coordination.
• Sensory processing and physical coordination.
• Self-care tasks such as dressing, eating and hygiene.
• Attention, organization and emotional regulation.
• Feeding and oral-motor skills.

Parents are included through education and home-program guidance. Because services are mobile, the child's familiar environment forms part of the session rather than requiring every activity to be recreated in a clinic.

The business publishes a local telephone number and email for appointment and payment questions. Its federal NPI organizational record independently identifies Grossi as a managing member. The current website specifies the three Southern Nevada communities it serves and describes its in-home pediatric focus.
