Immaculate Restoration & Carpet Care

Immaculate Restoration & Carpet Care works at two very different moments in the life of a property: regular upkeep and the aftermath of an emergency. Its Las Vegas operation handles carpet and upholstery cleaning alongside water damage, fire recovery and other restoration work.

A local business since 1998

Steve Pieri helped build the family-owned company from a carpet-cleaning business into a broader restoration team. A profile by Sigma Alpha Epsilon identifies Steve and his cousin Bobby as owners and documents the involvement of other longtime associates. Pieri's public business biography dates the company's start to 1998.

The business serves residential and commercial customers across Southern Nevada. Its website maintains a round-the-clock emergency contact, while routine service inquiries can cover an individual cleaning job or a property's maintenance needs.

Two sides of the work

• Restoration services include water extraction and structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, sewage cleanup and commercial recovery.
• Home services include carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air ducts, dryer vents and artificial turf cleaning.

The team describes documenting damage and working with insurance adjusters as part of restoration projects. Its process begins with an on-site assessment and an explanation of the proposed work, then moves through cleanup and repair.

Pieri's background also includes disaster-relief volunteering. Independent coverage records his work following Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Helene, extending the same restoration experience beyond Nevada when communities needed help.

From the first call

The company organizes its services by the problem a customer needs addressed. Someone arranging floor care can discuss the materials and rooms involved; a property manager facing water or fire damage can reach the emergency line. Both routes lead to the same locally based operation, with its history in cleaning still reflected in the range of work it performs.
