A family team that has stayed put
Heidi and Morris Sealy bought Execuclean Janitorial Services in 1991 and have run it in the Las Vegas area ever since. Heidi, the owner and president, is a CPA who spent four years at the accounting firm Ernst & Whinney and more than 30 years as a finance and accounting executive in the casino industry. Morris manages operations. He spent his first decade supervising crews in the field and the years since on client relations and staffing.
General manager Dave Sarcka joined in 2020 after more than 25 years in janitorial and hotel work, including over ten years as a manager at the MGM Grand and a stretch running his own cleaning company in New York. The company says its employees have stayed an average of more than 16 years.
The buildings and the work
Execuclean cleans offices and commercial buildings on evening schedules or as one-time deep cleans. Clients range from small office suites to large buildings: professional and corporate offices, financial institutions, medical facilities and industrial sites.
