Computer Doctor BG

A failed hard drive, a damaged laptop and an iPhone hardware problem require different kinds of repair. Computer Doctor BG brings those jobs together in a Las Vegas business whose public company records identify Simeon Todorov as managing member. The company dates its local operation to 2010.

Apple service and PC work

Computer Doctor BG identifies itself as an Apple Authorized Service Provider, with trained technicians, genuine parts and access to Apple diagnostics. Its services cover eligible in-warranty and out-of-warranty work on Macs and other Apple devices. The business also repairs Windows desktops and laptops, including hardware and software problems.

Data recovery is a separate specialty. The company lists work on nonfunctioning hard drives, flash drives and other storage media. Liquid-damaged MacBooks are another type of job it discusses, including diagnosis at the component level where appropriate.

What happens at intake

The shop’s published process begins with a short basic diagnostic. More involved diagnosis uses a deposit that is applied toward an approved repair. Staff then contact the customer with findings and a proposed price. The policy distinguishes that diagnostic charge from a promise that every device can be repaired.

Repair timing depends on parts and the kind of device. The business explains that some Apple parts can arrive quickly while batteries or other components may require different shipping. It also tells customers to back up an iPhone or iPad before service, since some procedures require erasing the device.

Alongside repairs, Computer Doctor BG sells inspected preowned MacBooks with a warranty. Its Las Vegas locations serve people choosing a replacement computer as well as those maintaining one they already own. The current website provides the location and service details; customers should check the appropriate shop before bringing in equipment.
