Chit Chat Speech Therapy: Yanitza Vaseur’s pediatric speech therapy practice.
Chit Chat Speech Therapy works with children on communication and feeding from its South Rainbow Boulevard office. Owner and speech-language pathologist Yanitza Vaseur appears on the practice's current team page; an independent partner profile identifies her as Yanitza Marmolejos, and the federal NPI record connects the full name Yanitza Marmolejos Vaseur with the business.
The practice uses play-based sessions tailored to a child's age and interests. Its listed work spans early language development, articulation, social communication and feeding or swallowing concerns. Family participation is part of the approach, with resources intended to carry session goals into daily routines.
People and the first inquiry.
Alongside Vaseur, the website introduces speech-language clinicians and an occupational therapist, as well as the staff responsible for office coordination. The team listing makes the pediatric focus concrete: families can see the professionals and administrative contacts associated with the clinic.
The online interest form asks for the child's age, the parent's contact information, the main concern, insurance information and pediatrician details. It provides a structured way to begin the intake conversation before the family and practice determine the next step.
On South Rainbow
The published office address is 2920 South Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 120, Las Vegas. Its website lists Tuesday-through-Friday office hours and provides a telephone number and business email.
Happy Hearts LV independently includes Chit Chat among its service partners and identifies its owner and lead speech-language pathologist. That partner listing also publishes the same business email as Chit Chat's own site. The practice's public information consistently centers pediatric communication, individualized sessions and the involvement of parents in supporting the child's goals outside the therapy room.
