Bottega Exchange

Designer Kelli Despain and political consultant Megan Jones started Bottega Exchange around a shared need: a place where independent professionals could work near other people building businesses. Their southwest Las Vegas workspace brought together offices, meetings, workshops and networking under one roof.

Private space inside a shared workplace

Today, Bottega offers furnished private offices for solo professionals and small teams. The offices are intended for businesses of roughly one to three people, with access to shared meeting facilities and the other practical services of a managed workspace.

The business lists internet access, mail and package handling, and twenty-four-hour access among its office amenities. That arrangement lets a small company have a regular working address and a private room while using common spaces when it needs to meet clients or gather a group.

The people behind Bottega

Kelli brought experience in graphic design, branding and event planning to the venture. Megan’s work was in political consulting. The founders’ different professional backgrounds informed a space meant for entrepreneurs, freelancers and business owners across fields, with a particular interest in supporting women with business ideas.

The company’s current history names Jared Despain as CEO. He took on the leadership role after Kelli’s death in December 2024, continuing the workspace and community she helped create.

Bottega’s calendar and community offerings include workshops, networking events and gatherings. Meeting and event space is part of the operation alongside private offices, so someone can approach the business about a particular gathering as well as an ongoing place to work. The Tenaya Way address is in the southwest valley; prospective members can contact the team to discuss available rooms and arrange a visit.
