Bavarian Auto Haus: independent European-vehicle service on East Grove Street.
BMW diagnostic equipment is part of the everyday toolkit at Bavarian Auto Haus. The independent Reno shop specializes in European and other selected vehicles, with maintenance and repair supported by equipment intended for those manufacturers.
Owner Mark Bartholomew joined the business in 2010 and took ownership in 2022, according to its published history. The family-run shop itself dates to 1988. Its team page introduces Mark and Sherrah Bartholomew, while independent vehicle-service listings corroborate the East Grove Street operation.
A focused repair floor
The shop names BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, MINI and Volkswagen among the vehicles it services, with Subaru and Smart also included in its published information. Its approach covers ordinary maintenance as well as more involved diagnostic and mechanical work.
Bartholomew's biography lists ASE Master and BMW Master Diagnostic Technician credentials. The business also identifies Volkswagen master-technician experience on staff and names BMW ISTA and Audi ODIS among its diagnostic equipment. These details explain the technical emphasis behind the European-vehicle specialty.
Services customers can ask about
Engine diagnostics, oil changes, brake repair and air-conditioning service appear in the current service menu. The shop has also added tire sales, mounting and wheel alignments, extending the range of work available at the same location.
Its website publishes a 24-month or 24,000-mile repair warranty. Customers can discuss the applicable terms for their specific work when booking, along with the vehicle's make, model and service history.
