Ashley Thompson’s event planning and design team.
A mood board is an early working tool at Ashley Creative Events. Before an event is built, the team uses one to explore its palette and visual direction, then develops a more detailed design proposal. That design-led approach is central to Ashley Thompson's Las Vegas wedding and event-planning company.
Thompson is identified on the business's own site as owner, lead planner and creative director. Her hospitality background includes varied events, from golf tournaments to the grand opening of Britney Spears' Las Vegas residency. Weddings became the main focus of the independent company she built from that experience.
The service extends beyond choosing how a room will look. The team researches and recommends vendors according to a client's budget, preferences and overall design, then manages communication before and during the event.
Monthly meetings and an online planning platform provide a way for clients to review progress and decisions. The published full-service scope includes organization, research and logistics, linking the creative proposal to the practical work needed to produce it.
On the event day, the company describes a staffing approach with two lead planners, assistants assigned to each partner and an on-site team. That structure divides attention between the couple, the guests and the production details as the celebration unfolds.
Weddings and other milestones
Ashley Creative also plans special birthdays and other personal celebrations, with separate wedding and event portfolios on its website. It works in Las Vegas and at destinations beyond the city, while its local identity is independently supported by venue guides naming Thompson as the business contact.
Red Rock Resort's published wedding-partner list provides a direct email and phone number. Prospective clients can also use the company's inquiry route to describe the occasion and begin a conversation about design and planning scope.
