Reverend Judy Irving has married couples beside hotel pools and in backyards, after a hike into Red Rock Canyon and, on October 10, 2010, inside the Minus 5 Ice Lounge, where the whole party wore borrowed fur coats. Wedding Vows Las Vegas is her officiant business, and Clark County business name records list her as its owner.

## How she came to it

Irving moved to Las Vegas in 1995 looking for a study group in A Course in Miracles. The search led her to a church built around the course, and in 1997 she was ordained there as a non-denominational associate minister. Officiating was not the plan, but by 2011 she had performed between 300 and 400 ceremonies, she told Luxury Las Vegas magazine. On weekdays she works as an executive coach.

### Where and how

Each booking moves from a phone or in-person consultation to a script written for the couple, then the ceremony and the filing of the paperwork. Ceremonies happen at Strip hotels such as Bellagio, Wynn, Aria and the Venetian, at golf clubs including Red Rock and Siena, out at Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and Mount Charleston, and in private homes and restaurants. Red Rock Resort names Wedding Vows Las Vegas among the officiants in its 2025–2026 wedding guide.

For the license itself, the site sends couples to the Clark County Marriage Bureau on East Clark Avenue downtown.
