Dwane Chance runs We Care Pet Services from east Las Vegas, near Montecito Drive. A neighbor on Nextdoor, writing about options other than doggie daycare, singled out Dwane by name as an individual caretaker worth calling, and the phone number she gave matches the one on the company's website.

## Four things on the menu

- **Daily dog walking** in 30, 45 or 60 minutes, tailored to the dog
- **Dog park visits**: he picks up your dog, finds the closest park, gives it about 50 minutes to run and sniff, and brings it home
- **Vacation check-ins** while you are away, to feed, refill water and keep the routine
- **Overnight pet sitting**, and boarding for small dogs in his own home

There is also a weekly poop-scooping service for your yard. The website mentions that you can book through the site, and it lists prices, though they are not the same from page to page, so confirm the current rate when you ask.

## Who it suits

The pitch is simple: someone to walk the dog when you work late, or to look in on the animals while you travel, and the site says its goal is to make pets feel like part of an extended family. Reviews on the homepage are from regular clients, and one calls him a person who "will love your dog when walking or babysitting."

The Nextdoor page lists the business with these hours: Tuesday to Friday during the day, evenings on Saturday, and closed Monday. Call (702) 477-5034 or write to the email on the website.
