Four makes define the work at Wally's Precision Auto Care: Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus. The Las Vegas shop concentrates on those vehicles, from scheduled maintenance on newer models to repairs that keep older cars in use.

The company describes itself as family operated since 1982. Local television reporting has featured Daniel Griffith discussing preparation for summer heat. The shop's current address is 3290 Pinks Place, also reflected in its independent CARFAX service listing.

## Seeing what the technician sees

Wally's uses digital vehicle inspections to document a car's condition. The shop describes sending photographs, videos and written notes so an owner can see the areas being discussed. Its website says that process is included with oil-change visits.

The service range runs from routine upkeep to major repairs. Keeping the work focused on four related Japanese makes is a central part of the shop's identity, rather than a side category within an all-makes operation.

## Planning around a workday

The business offers online appointment requests at any time, giving customers a way to arrange a visit outside the shop's working day. It also provides an after-hours key drop for people who cannot bring a car in during normal opening hours.

For customers leaving a vehicle, the shop lists a complimentary shuttle to home or work. Wi-Fi is available for those waiting at the business. Its website also explains arrangements for after-hours pickup, with details coordinated directly with the shop.
