She now owns Super Starr Fitness & Health, a Las Vegas business offering individualized exercise and nutrition coaching. Her published biography identifies her as an Army veteran, a certified NASM personal trainer, a group-fitness instructor and a nutrition specialist. She describes wanting clients to work at an appropriate pace in a setting where they do not feel judged. ## A program tied to the person Super Starr's approach combines exercise technique, motivation and habits that a client can maintain outside a session. The company's training agreement states that an exercise program is designed around the client's objectives, fitness level and experience. Gamble's own account stresses consistency and gradual change rather than shortcuts. Nutrition and exercise are presented together, with attention to habits a client can carry into family life as well as training time. ## A connection to the community The business facilitates the Let's Get Fit team at Nellis Baptist Church. Its published material includes monthly fitness and nutrition challenges, organized around manageable activities such as keeping a food log, stretching or walking. That program connects Gamble's private training work with a community setting. The website describes an interest in both physical and spiritual fitness within the church activity, while the main business offers personal training and coaching. An independent WellnessLiving listing corroborates Super Starr Fitness & Health's Las Vegas operation. The owner is named directly on the company's homepage, and its published client agreement also identifies Gamble as the trainer providing the service. People considering a program can use the business website to learn about its approach and ask about an assessment, current arrangements and the commitment involved before enrolling. ## Contact Super Starr Fitness & Health Las Vegas, Nevada 702-419-9921 [Business website](https://www.superstarrfitness.com/) Researched October 25, 2026.
