He kept the Henderson shop under private family ownership, with diagnostics and repair handled at 1000 Stephanie Place, Suite 8. The business dates its start to 2010. Rich's background includes an Automotive Technologies degree from UTI and ASE certification, and the shop describes him as its owner and operator. Independent local business listings corroborate the purchase and the Stephanie Place location. ## Work by vehicle system Sonny's service menu covers oil changes and preventive maintenance, brakes, air conditioning and heating, transmissions, batteries and electrical systems, cooling systems and engine repairs. It also lists check-engine-light diagnostics, tire-pressure monitoring and pre-purchase inspections. The shop works on domestic, Asian and European vehicles. Toyota and Lexus receive dedicated service sections, and Honda and Acura are also identified as specialist areas. That scope gives customers a way to check whether the shop handles their particular vehicle and the issue they need investigated. ## Approval before the repair Sonny's explains that customers receive the findings and a price before work starts. Its published process uses photos and video sent to a customer's phone, with authorization required before proceeding. Online appointment requests allow service notes to be added so the concern can be reviewed before the vehicle arrives. The business also works with extended-warranty and vehicle-service-contract providers. Customers with a contract can ask the shop about the claim process and the coverage applicable to a proposed repair. Sonny's is a NAPA AutoCare Center, while remaining a privately owned local business. The website publishes weekday shop hours and phone booking alongside the online scheduler. Calling with the vehicle details and symptoms is the direct way to establish availability and next steps. ## Contact Sonny’s Auto Repair Henderson 702-564-0033 [Business website](https://sonnysautorepair.com/) Researched October 14, 2026.
