A home designed around its setting is the starting point for Skyterra. Founder and principal architect Logan Ziegler leads the Las Vegas studio, combining architecture, landscape and interiors in custom residential projects.

## Raised in the valley

Ziegler grew up in Las Vegas, studied architecture at Advanced Technologies Academy and earned bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture at UNLV. Before establishing Skyterra, he spent more than a decade leading design at a local custom design-build firm.

The studio describes its approach as biophilic: connecting the experience of a home with nature, light and the surrounding landscape. Its published process begins with the people who will live there, bringing their requirements together with the character and constraints of the site.

## Homes in distinct settings

Skyterra's portfolio includes Horizon and Summit in Henderson's MacDonald Highlands, Serenus and Uncommon Ground in the Red Rock Canyon area of Blue Diamond, and a remodel called Retract in The Lakes. The collection distinguishes new construction from renovation rather than treating every commission as the same type of house.

Horizon House is independently documented by window-and-door manufacturer Awake, which credits Ziegler and Skyterra with its design. The property's separate presentation also names the architect and places the project in Henderson, corroborating the studio's local residential work.

Brand and marketing director Amanda Ziegler is part of the team introduced on the firm's website. The studio offers discovery calls and publishes a direct business email for inquiries. Its owner-led structure, local architectural education and portfolio across Henderson, Las Vegas and Blue Diamond give prospective clients several concrete ways to understand the practice before discussing a site of their own.
