## A Henderson plumber with a hand in the trade

Michael J. Eigner founded Sin City Plumbing and Maintenance, L.L.C. in 2011, and it remains a family-owned, family-run company based on Haren Drive in Henderson. Eigner is also active in the wider trade. He is listed as past president of the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors Association of Nevada, a trade group that runs plumbing apprenticeship and contractor education programs, and the company belongs to Southern Nevada PHCC and Southern Nevada IAPMO. It is also on the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Water Smart Contractor list.

### Repairs, replacements and the calls nobody plans for

A live person answers the phone 24 hours a day, holidays included. The company quotes upfront prices, charges no overtime, and says its technicians, with more than 50 years of plumbing experience between them, are drug tested and background checked. The work is guaranteed, and the company is licensed, bonded and insured. Most jobs fall into these groups:

- Water heater repair and replacement, including tankless units
- Leak detection, slab leak repair and whole-house repiping
- Sewer camera inspection, hydro jetting, and sewer line repair or replacement
- Water softeners, filtration systems and smart automatic shut-off valves
- Gas line installation and gas leak repair
- Kitchen and bath remodel plumbing, bidets, whirlpool tubs, and steam and sauna units
- Backflow certification

Commercial work has covered investment properties, industrial and medical buildings, retail and offices, along with new construction and tenant improvements. Crews cover Henderson, Green Valley, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Seven Hills, North Las Vegas and Boulder City.

There are discounts for veterans and military, CCSD employees, law enforcement, seniors 60 and older, and realtors and property managers. The company has also collected donations for Three Square, the valley’s food bank.

**Nevada contractor license:** 0077139, limit $245,000
