A tea ceremony, a zaffe entrance or a celebration beneath Red Rock can each require a different plan. Scheme Events' portfolio reflects that range of traditions and settings. The Las Vegas wedding-planning business has operated since 2010, with founder Tara Federico directing its creative work and operations.

Planner and designer Courtney brings venue-management experience and local connections as a Las Vegas native and performer. Together, the current team describes its work as building an event around the couple's people, priorities and traditions, rather than fitting every wedding to the same sequence.

## Where planning begins

Scheme offers three main services. Full planning starts near the beginning and includes a design concept, vendor selection and management, budget tracking, a production schedule and rehearsal direction. Partial planning gives couples structured sessions focused on budget, vendors, design and production while they retain more of the planning work.

- Day-of management actually begins six weeks before the date.
- The team reviews logistics, confirms and schedules vendors, directs the rehearsal and coordinates the wedding itself.
- Each option includes management of the day; the difference is how much work the planner shares earlier in the process.

## Local connections, wider settings

The company serves the Las Vegas Valley and also plans destination celebrations. Its public work includes weddings in places such as Santorini, Cancun and Scottsdale. Local venue directories identify Federico and Scheme as planning contacts, and WIPA's published chapter records connect her to the Las Vegas wedding industry.

Scheme also says a portion of its sales supports VOW for Girls, the organization working to end child marriage. That commitment is part of the business's public account of its values.

New inquiries go through the website, direct email or phone. The initial conversation helps establish which planning service fits the work already completed and the decisions still ahead.
