## Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets: A “Couture” Doughnut Shop in Spring Valley

Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes opened Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets in 2019 as a “couture” doughnut shop using brioche dough and seasonal flavors with restaurant-grade ingredients. Their crème brûlée doughnut went viral on social media within months of opening. Saint Honoré sits inside the broader Refined Restaurant Group portfolio (Café Lola, Pizza Anonymous, 3 Little Chicks, the LolaXO online gifting site), making the duo one of Las Vegas’s most prolific women-owned restaurant operators of the last decade.

The Saint Honoré flagship at 9460 West Flamingo Road in Spring Valley shares its physical footprint with Pizza Anonymous, with a second location in Southwest Las Vegas on Blue Diamond Road. The brioche-base recipe and pâtissier-grade ingredient sourcing distinguish Saint Honoré from the standard Las Vegas doughnut market and from the larger valley breakfast-bakery chains.

## Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets in the Las Vegas Valley

The crème brûlée doughnut became one of the most photographed Las Vegas pastries of 2020 and 2021, anchoring Saint Honoré in the post-pandemic specialty-bakery wave. The Refined Restaurant Group portfolio behind Saint Honoré represents the kind of multi-concept women-owned hospitality operation that has been historically underrepresented in Las Vegas Valley restaurant ownership.
