The independently owned garage on East Silverado Ranch Boulevard handles brakes along with air conditioning, suspension and other automotive maintenance. ## Jeff and Mary’s Nevada business Owners Jeff and Mary White moved from Michigan to Henderson in December 1996. Their business history includes an earlier brake-shop operation in Michigan; in 2001 they opened Professional Brake Service as their own independent repair facility in Las Vegas. The current website still identifies the shop as locally family owned. Jeff’s background included work with Chrysler Financial and General Motors, while Mary worked in hospitality. Their account of starting the Nevada shop ties those experiences to a business built around both vehicle repairs and the way customers are informed about them. The garage’s published process calls for an inspection, an explanation of recommendations and a written quote before the customer decides. ## What the shop handles - Brake inspections and repairs, with on-site equipment for the work. - Air-conditioning testing, maintenance and repair. - Shocks, struts and related suspension work. - Tune-ups, radiators, alternators and engine-light or cooling-system checks. The website introduces Craig as shop manager and says employee wages are not commission based. It also distinguishes repairs that need attention from work that can wait, presenting those findings to the driver rather than making the decision for them. A waiting area offers coffee, water, television and Wi-Fi, and the shop shows a night-drop box among its facilities. Independent directory information matches the Silverado Ranch address and phone. Drivers can call the garage directly to discuss the vehicle, the symptoms and arrangements for an inspection. ## Contact Professional Brake Service 544 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, Suite 104, Las Vegas, NV 89183 [Business website](https://probrakes.com/) 702-897-1988 Researched October 5, 2026.
