## A Henderson electrician known by referral

Odyssey Electrical Services LLC has no website. The clearest picture of the Henderson company comes from its state license record and from the neighbors who recommend it on Nextdoor. Owner Jeff Sellen runs the business and takes on both residential and commercial electrical work across Henderson and Las Vegas.

## License and coverage

The company holds Nevada State Contractors Board license 0088552 in the C-2 electrical classification, and it describes itself as licensed, bonded and insured. Anyone can confirm a Nevada contractor's license status on the board's public lookup, and this number is the one to search.

### Work it takes on

- Lighting and ceiling fans, including recessed lighting
- EV car chargers
- Generators and surge protection
- Landscape and low-voltage lighting
- Panel upgrades and new circuits
- Troubleshooting circuits that trip or fail
- Smaller jobs such as new outlets and thermostat swaps

## What neighbors mention

Recommendations on Nextdoor keep coming back to the same points: Sellen picks up the phone, will talk a problem through on the phone, sometimes at no charge, and charges reasonable prices. One neighbor points out that he does the work himself rather than sending an apprentice. The jobs people describe range from outdoor lights and a pair of garage fans to recessed lights installed in several rooms without any drywall patching, an EV charger that drew a compliment from the city inspector, and an emergency call about an outdoor freezer near Inspirada that he reached in 15 to 20 minutes.

**Hours listed on Nextdoor:** Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Sunday, 2 to 8 p.m.
